After many, many months of searching the USA and Western Canada HD Dealerships through the internet for the right used bike, it shortly began clear that Kamloops HD has the best selection of new and used motorcycles at affordable prices in southern BC and AB. The staff are incredibly welcoming and bent over backwards to make sure I found the right bike for me at a price that fit to my budget. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have toward Sam and Cam for being so patient with me as I kicked tires in the show room for over 2 years. Kamloops is a 6.5 hour ride from my home, there are much closer dealer ships but the staff at Kamloops have earned my loyalty for a lifetime. I recently purchased a 2010 Sportster Custom 1200 Low. I was getting discouraged as I am not a tall lady and found it difficult to find a bike that I can put my feet on the ground. I went to sit on a few bikes at the HArley Dealer and Cam spent the time talking to me about the options to make a bike fit, and finding a bike that fit. I learned a lot and did not feel pressured into a sale. That very visit I found the bike that fits me perfect. It has been over 20 years since I rode (as a driver)and I was very nervous on the day I picked up my bike. Cam was very thorough on all the features and operation of the bike that I really feel that made for a safer trip home.(a little scary but safer) I am really enjoying my bike and when I am ready to add accessories The Kamloops Harley Dealer has earned my business. I bought an 07 ultra classic last year from Cam. It was a great experience and he was very helpful. Two weeks after putting the bike on the road, the battery went south. A short call to Cam and a new battery was sent up on the bus. Had some small issues with some dirty sensors, a small broken bracket in the fairing which the service guys found and remedied in short order. Also explained everything that they had done. Even though I was a pain in the butt at times, They were all very patient and accomidating. I would reccomend to anyone looking for a bike that Kamloops Harley Davidson is the cheapest place, also the best place to get a new ride.

I have had my 06 Dyna Wide Glide in for repairs before and had to again on the 9th of April, I was not expecting the news of your tranny is blown, not something you want to hear walking into any dealership lol but thank God it was under the Harley Extended Warranty program, the guys Mike and other service staff looked after everything and explained everything so that I could understand, the service was exceptional, and they even loaded my bike into the back of my truck, everything was all covered under warranty, no complaints whatsoever, I would highly recommend Kamloops Harley for any service on your Harley, thanks again guys for everything

In an age where an absence of service is almost expected, it's reassuring knowing that customer service is alive and well at Kamloops Harley-Davidson. Robin and the guys in the service department have been solid, helping me with repairs and service on all my bikes, including my old '42 flathead, my '78 Shovel, and my '98 Road King. The helpful parts department will always take the time necessary to figure out the proper parts and accessories, regardless of how busy they are, and the sales staff are some of the most knowledgeable in the business! I'm thankful that Kamloops Harley-Davidson is my local Harley shop!

I was looking for a Streetglide and looked on the internet and called almost every dealer in B.C. After a phone call with Cam I was so impressed with the way he really seemed to care about what I wanted that my wife and I drove to Kamloops later that week. I ended up buying a 2013 and all the help and courtesy we received from Cam, Jessica ans Sam has left NO doubt in my mind that any of our Harley needs in the future will be directed to Kamloops Harley Davidson......AWESOME PEOPLE!

I would like to thank the staff of Kamloops Harley for superior service on several counts on multiple visits. A short storey on the 22nd of Aug my wife and I arrived at Kamloops Harley at 5:00 pm after a hard days riding on route home from vacation. I walked in the door and one of the staff asked how I was. My response cooking my ass off. He turned and gave me a cool bottle of water. We went to the dealership as we had a defective headset for our Ultra. No problem we will replace it and get you folks on the way. We left for a hotel. Arriving at the hotel, we went to find out if a room was available, all full up. I went outside to start the bike and the battery shorted out and we were dead on the spot. My wife called Harley at 5:55 pm. They answered the phone confirmed they had one in stock , took my credit card over the phone and a very kind lady Joanne delivered the battery and a gift bag from the dealer within twenty minutes. I recently purchased a used 2010 Street Glide and my experience was GREAT! I searched your website and found the bike that I wanted and made all the initial arrangements through you website, which is by the way the best that I have found in BC/AB. As I pulled into the dealership, Kevin greeted my and showed me my new bike. Throughout the purchase/trade in process, I was never pressured and always treated like a valued customer. Phoned Mike in service telling him I was on a road trip and needed a rear tire installed. Booked the appointment. Rolled in and the bike was in the shop in 10 minutes. Fit me in for a tire change, service, inspection and small repair.
Won't go through Kamloops without stopping and saying "howdy" in the future.

I got a very good package price with many added accessories. Even months after the sale,the service dept. have many times gone the extra mile to help with any concerns I have and resolved them. My husband and I both bought bikes from Kamloops Harley. We knew Al Perrett for years, knew Cam Blackstock, met Kevin Chow and purchased our bikes from Kevin. Can't say enough about the entire staff as a team, mostly the warm welcome every time we visit. Bikers ride there just for a cup of coffee and socialize! The bike selection new or used is vast. What they do not have they will get for you. The service department excels. It’s all about how your treated when you enter the door, walking around the entire building , someone comes to tell you “Your bike will be ready soon or the mechanic comes out and talks to you directly.” Very impressive customer service. What mechanic do you know that will come out from his work bench and talk to you directly. They have a leather comfort lounge with a big screen T.V. for you to kick back. The clothing department staff will help you with your leathers, helmets gloves, whatever you need. They will order and send it directly to your home. This place is fun, we talk and we laugh. Once they get to know you, your likes and size, the service from staff just gets better. We started riding ‘years back’ so it’s not like we have never owned a bike or entered a bike shop. Our opinion is valid and I hope you will feel the same experiences we do every time we come back to Kamloops Harley. When you enter this Harley dealership know that they are busy but never too busy to satisfy your needs. The manager will come out and talk to you. Everyone is on the floor to talk to and there is nothing like the feeling of not only one good experience but feeling many good experiences. We can’t say enough about the parts/service departments. They rock! Between the parts department, the service and mechanics department, they all work for you. It’s an atmosphere that says, "buy your Harley here." From a woman’s point of view, Kamloops Harley makes your experience one to remember. Other female riders I have met bought their Harley’s from other dealerships and said to me it was a terrible experience. Kamloops Harley recognizes that women are riding more today than in the past and welcome them. I am as ecstatic with Kamloops Harley, as I am with my Fat Boy Lo. I have been riding, racing and building custom bikes for over 40yrs! I have seen dealers come and go. I have never seen a dealer with a "TEAM" of people in different departments work as a "TEAM"! I have never been treated so patiently (as I ask the tough questions)If they did not have an answer, they said so, then found the answer! I am very critical because I know what I want. I had to literally fly on a commercial flight to Kamloops to pick my bike up. Passing many dealers on the way. Ask yourself why...... Service, respect, and a "TEAM" of Profesionals to "make it happen" all at Kamloops Harley-Davidson........ They do it right! If not, they make it Right. From the moment we walked in everybody was friendly and we were made to feel welcome. We have been loyal customers for over 7 years and I bought my first bike there. When we had our first child, Joseph, three and half years sgo, we got a lot of baby clothes for him. And that didn't stop when we had our second child Julie. The staff have always been helpful in anyway that we need and Joseph loves running around talking to all the staff. We love the sales, good products and helpful people.
